HEAVY-Payload FLOOR

The heavy-payload floor (or heavy-duty floor, control room floor, cable floor, installation floor) is a special form of raised floor.

Heavy-payload floors find their application in low and medium voltage installations, telecommunication installations, in floors that can be driven on and in data centers. The control room substructure consists of galvanized C-profiles bolted together, in the walking area 40 x 40 mm, and in the area of the cabinet bays 80 x 40 mm. The top edge of the cabinet bays is flush with the top edge of the raised floor panels used.

M20 pedestals are used as a standard substructure. With this, heights of several meters can also be achieved, depending on requirements. C-profiles can be bolted by using special headers. All our pedestals are made of galvanized steel and blue passivated. This ensures a particularly long durability.
